Hi, I’m Mike Kling. I am a counsellor dedicated to helping you build resilience and navigate life's challenges.
My goal is to ensure you never have to walk your path to mental wellness alone.
What is my Journey?
My path to becoming a counsellor didn't start in a classroom; it started with a profound personal challenge. As a young adult, I began navigating severe anxiety and panic attacks.
At the time, I experienced frightening physical symptoms—a racing heart, clammy hands, and chest pain—that led to months of medical misdiagnoses and worsening anxiety.
Finally, I connected with a therapist who helped me understand what I was actually experiencing.
Finding the right support didn't just help me heal—it sparked my life's purpose.
Driven by that experience, I studied psychology and dedicated my career to mental wellness.
Having endured my own trials, I know firsthand what it takes to build resilience.
