A Simple, Phase-by-Phase Onboarding Mode

  • Investment: Free ($0)

  • What to Expect: A zero-obligation virtual consultation to test communication match, energetic fit, and safety without clinical performance or interrogation.

Session 1 — Intake Foundation

  • Duration: 90 Minutes

  • Investment: $155

  • What to Expect: We complete administrative onboarding, psychosocial overview, boundaries, and broad therapeutic goals upfront—handling all logistics so they never interrupt active clinical work later.

Session 2 & Ongoing Therapy

  • Duration: 60 Minutes

  • Investment: $155

  • What to Expect: Regular weekly or bi-weekly individual clinical sessions with all onboarding red tape already cleared.

Savings Package: 5-Session Prepaid Bundle

  • Total Investment: $650 (Saves $125 | Breaks down to $130 per session)

  • Policy Note: To ensure a mutual therapeutic fit, this package becomes available for purchase after completing Session 1

Transparent Practice Policies

  • Payment Methods: We accept e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Cash, and Cheque. To prevent administrative friction or debt accumulation during sessions, payment is processed securely using a credit card kept on file or e-Transfer prior to session start.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for all session cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice incur a 50% service charge. (Exceptions are always made for acute medical emergencies or sudden extenuating circumstances).

  • Sliding Scale Access: A dedicated, limited number of sliding scale spots are reserved for marginalized and low-income community members via application

Using Extended Health Insurance in BC

Counselling services provided by a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling – Provisional (MPCC-P) registered with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA Member #4569) qualify under many extended health benefit plans across British Columbia

How Insurance Billing Works: Direct billing is not standard. You pay for your session upfront and receive an official, detailed receipt immediately after the session to submit directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement
