Our foundation: the two-session start
To ensure we build a strong foundation without the rush, I require a two-session minimum to begin our work together. This structure protects you from the "mental tax" of administrative tasks and ensures our time remains focused on your healing.
Session 1: Intake
Duration: 90 Minutes
Rate: $155 per session
Focus: Logistics, paperwork, medical and family history, and a broad overview of your goals.
Session 2: First real session
Duration: 60 Minutes
Rate:$155 per session
Focus: Engaging in deep emotional therapeutic work now that the administrative tasks are cleared.
5-Session Discount Bundle: $650 (Pre-paid).
This package is available for purchase any time after our first session together, offering a total savings of $125.
