Specialized support for LGBTQIA2+ individuals

A space where you can simply be you

Starting the journey toward self-discovery and healing requires a space where you don't have to explain or defend who you are. I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment specifically designed for the LGBTQIA2+ community to explore and understand the complexities of gender identity and sexual orientation. Whether you are navigating the early stages of questioning or seeking a deeper connection with your authentic self, I am here to walk alongside you.

Understanding that every journey is unique, I provide guidance tailored to your specific life situation. For some, this involves the brave process of coming out; for others, it means finding ways to live authentically when it may not be safe or possible to be fully open. My approach is rooted in the belief that your identity is not a problem to be solved, but a vital part of your humanity to be celebrated.

The weight of the world can often feel heavy, especially when dealing with rejection or discrimination from family, friends, and society. I help you process these emotional wounds while developing practical strategies to build resilience against social stigma. Together, we focus on transforming survival into thriving, ensuring you have the mental and emotional tools to navigate a world that doesn't always provide the support you deserve.

Cultivating inner strength &
self-acceptance

Before we can effectively face the world, we often have to address the voices we’ve internalized. We focus on the internal work of rebuilding your relationship with yourself and reclaiming your sense of worth.

  • Self-Acceptance: I assist in addressing and reducing internalized homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia to help you find peace within.

  • Positive Identity: Together, we work on developing a positive self-image and affirming your identity as a source of pride.

  • Improving Self-Worth: I help you enhance your self-esteem and recognize the inherent value you possess simply by being you.

  • Challenging Negativity: We use specific tools and strategies to combat negative self-perceptions and rewrite the stories you tell yourself.

I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental environment where your voice is heard and your identity is celebrated. Here, you have the freedom to explore your gender identity and sexual orientation at your own pace, supported by a therapist who truly understands. Together, we will work toward a future where you feel secure, empowered, and fully seen.

  • Coming Out Support: Whether you are coming out or unable to safely do so, I provide guidance and support tailored to your safety and emotional needs.

  • Loss of Support Systems: I provide a compassionate space to support you in coping with the loss of family and/or communities due to your identity.

  • Building Resilience: Together, we develop strategies to build resilience against ongoing discrimination and social stigma, ensuring your mental health remains a priority.
